With the limitations in space, time and equipment I have here I wanted to brew something new and different next and I decided to give this one a go. Lately I'm more into dry beers but I totally loved that one, I enjoyed it slowly and deeply as a dessert beer, exactly as it is suposed to, just by chance. We had a late dinner and usually I would have preferred to have scotch or something but I had to try that! It was made by a local brewery called "Batch", it was totally opaque, quite sweet, it had big thick head and a body you can chew. He chose an IPA (for him it's IPA or nothing) and I chose something I had never heard about before, a milk stout. About 2 months ago I went to have a beer with a friend close to his appartment in Darlinghurst (Sydney) and we ended up into a nice pub with a "beergarden" we didn't know.
